Workshop 2010

In July 2010, ECELAW held its fourth annual summer workshop titled "Who Owns the Coast?". The workshops were delivered in Sydney, Halifax and Liverpool.  Topics included jurisdiction and legislative overview, development on beaches and other fragile shorelines, aquaculture operations, land based pollution and protected areas.
