Scott Vaughn, Canada's Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development will discuss his 2010 Fall Report that was presented to Parliament on December 7, followed by a question and answer session. The report covers three important topics: the federal government’s ability to respond to oil spills from ships; monitoring of freshwater from lakes and rivers; and the government’s readiness to respond to the impacts of a changing climate.
