The East Coast Environmental Law Library is a free and easy-to-use research tool containing current environmental law information that is of interest to all Atlantic Canadians. Our online resource allows users to access a large collection of environmental case law, legislation, and publications on the following topics: Access to Information, climate change & air quality, contaminated sites, development & land use planning, drinking water, energy, environmental enforcement, marine / freshwater & coastal areas, mining, oil & gas activity, sustainable development, toxic substances (including insecticides and pesticides), waste management, and wildlife & biodiversity.
Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information contained in the Library is comprehensive, and up-to-date, we warn that it may lack completeness.
