Jason MacLean

Jason has a BCL and LLB from the McGill Faculty of Law, and a PhD in Law from the University of Alberta, where he completed a dissertation on Canadian climate policy. Jason is presently an assistant professor at the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law and an adjunct professor at the School of Environment and Sustainability at the University of Saskatchewan. Jason also serves on the board of the Pacific Centre for Environmental Law and Litigation (CELL). Before becoming a professor, Jason clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada and practiced litigation in New York and Toronto.
