Michael is a second-year law student at Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law and is originally from southern Ontario. Michael completed his undergraduate degree in Justice Studies at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC and lived there until moving to Halifax to attend law school. In his first year at Dalhousie, Michael was a member of the Environmental Law Students Society and had the opportunity to do pro bono work for ECELAW throughout the school year. Michael was then able to secure grant funding to intern in the summer with ECELAW and complete work focusing on environmental assessments. Michael is excited to be part of the ECELAW board and hopes to bring his energy and experience to continue to develop student engagement on environmental issues.
