Supreme Court - Nova Scotia Minister Of Lands And Forestry’s Failure To Fulfill Duties Under Nova Scotia’s Endangered Species Act (ESA).

In January 2019, a group of conservationists represented by Jamie Simpson of Juniper Law applied for a judicial review of the Nova Scotia Minister of Lands and Forestry’s failure to fulfill numerous mandatory duties under Nova Scotia’s Endangered Species Act (ESA).

East Coast Environmental Law, who has been granted intervenor status, will be going to court with representation by Ecojustice.

The case will be heard before the NS Supreme Court on September 23, 2019, commencing at 9:30am.
