The federal government and Government of Nova Scotia have just announced that 15 million dollars will be invested into the clean-up of the contaminated RDM Recycling site that has been a source of concern to community members for years.

The East Coast Environmental Law team is celebrating this huge milestone. It has been six years since we began supporting Marlene Brown and other Harrietsfield residents through their tireless fight for clean, safe water in their Halifax Regional Municipality ("HRM") community.

The prosecution against 3076525 Nova Scotia Ltd. (307) is ongoing.
