We have a new resource available on our website! Restorative Justice and Environmental Law: An introduction to using a restorative approach to address environmental harms in Nova Scotia explains how restorative justice offers transformative ways to address environmental problems.

Two new resources on coastal laws and aquaculture regulation in Nova Scotia are now accessible through our website.

The East Coast Environmental Law team is happy to share that our 2022 Annual Report is now up on our website! The report highlights some of the many projects we worked on in 2022 as we advanced our mission to advocate for progressive environmental laws and policies in Atlantic Canada, provide public legal education on environmental law, and share our legal skills with those who are working to redress or prevent environmental harms.
